Will not return a phone call.. I have called every week since I received this pair of pants.

Left a message. I have a pair of pants, three XL, two large. I really ordered a pair of two XL, they were perfect. Those guys have a record of this.

They also have a record of how many things Ive bought over the last years. I am a good customer. I simply want to exchange this pair pants three XL for a two XL. How freaking complicated is this?

User's recommendation: Customers? No, don’t have any thing to say to other customers. I have a lot to say to management. If there’s a marketing guy they want to increase the income of the company have them call me. I’ll give them my name. I’ll give it suggestions, but I’ll give them my name, they will make one money. The company has all the proof of purchase all transactions I need to.

Order failure

430$ order value with a 35$ overnight shipping ordered on 1/10/24. Package delivered sealed but completely empty of items. FedEx driver encouraged me to deny package, and they documented empty package on site. Nomad resent order with standard shipping 5-10 day delivery time. Its 1-18-24 still no package. Reached out to customer service multiple times and the cant seem to find a new order number or tracking number and offered me a SORRY25 25% off next order discount code. Absolute joke, and slap the in the face. I highly discourage any business through Nomad Outdoor!!!

Cannot get anyone to help me do an exchange on resent order. No one will answer phone or email have tried emailing them three times and called and left message four times. Its like no one cares after you place an order.

Sent empty package, paid for overnight delivery, and when they stated they resent order they sent it standard shipping 5-10 days. Still couldnt give me a new order or tracking number.

Paid a lot of extra money to get overnight shipping to have my $450 order here by the weekend and even talked to customer service today about it and it still hasnt shipped out and has been 2 days since I placed order. I am now going to receive my order ON or LATER than the date I wouldve received order if I wouldve stick with the free shipping. Wasted money.

Ordered a hunting suit on the tenth and update on FedEx said I would get it on 18 and its not here yet. Called FedEx and it stopped in grove city ohio. Order "Unfilled" after 11-days

Order still in the "Unfulfilled" status 11-days after placing the order. E-mail to "Contact Us" has not resulted in any reply. Additionally, phone numbers listed on their Facebook are all "disconnected" or "no longer working, please check the number and try again". Beginning to wonder if the company is still in business, even though they have charged my credit card for my purchases.
